For those looking to hold their ceremony in church, the Catholic Church of St Hedda is located opposite Egton Manor and just a two minute drive up the hill towards Egton village, you will find St Hilda’s Church of England.

We fully want to ensure that your experience at Egton Manor is the best and most enjoyable it possibly can be. On the day of your wedding, we will provide you with a dedicated venue co-ordinator who will look after you, your guests and the Estate. Our co-ordinator will be in touch with you 8 weeks prior to your wedding day, to run through timings, suppliers and all the final details, but you can of course contact them at any time with any queries you might have.

We will do everything we can to ensure your wedding or celebration is as magical as can be, creating the most wonderful life memories for you to treasure forever.

Whatever viewing format you choose, our dedicated venue co-ordinator will be able to take you through all the various options, availability, suppliers and timings etc to create your bespoke wedding day at Egton Manor.

We have carefully handpicked Yorkshire’s finest caterers that can accommodate any tastes, size of event and budget.

They are all specialised event caterers who have a passion for great food at an affordable price, so whether you’d like a simple roast dinner or a Michelin looking seven course tasting menu, just ask them as they love a challenge.

Whether you’re looking for a three course sit down meal, seven course tasting menu, buffet, family style grazing platters or hampers on the lawn, our recommended caterers can accommodate for any requirement at all.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables incorporates The Long Gallery, The Bar, The Reception Room & Raj Tent – spaces that flow naturally from one to the other, enabling your guests to move between each with comfort and ease.

The beautiful listed stables, which sit beneath a dovecote and have been sympathetically converted into a light and airy space, provide a blank canvas to be styled as you wish.

The Raj Tent

Situated on our extensive lawns and styled inside with beautiful, comfortable furniture and seating for your guests, our traditional Raj tent provides a romantic outdoor covering for laid back drinks and gatherings.

The Covered Courtyard

This option includes The Old Stables and Raj Tent.

If you have a larger wedding in mind, we can accommodate up to 160 guests by extending your reception into the covered courtyard, which leads directly into the beautifully maintained and extensive riverside gardens.

The Manor Garden Hall

Egton Estate only hold a limited number of weddings and events a year and as a result, our prices do not differentiate for season or days of the week. All prices are on an exclusive basis and include Egton Manor Grounds tables, chairs, toilets, parking and bar facilities.

If you wish to proceed with a booking, we will send you our contract to read and sign, along with our booking fee invoice.

We request a 25% non refundable booking fee to secure your date – though this sum is fully transferable should you need to change dates.

We then require a further 25%, 6 months prior to your event day and the remaining balance ( 50% of the total booking fee) 1 month before your event day.
