Egton Manor is an historic country house discreetly located in the charming village of Egton Bridge and nestled on the banks of the beautiful River Esk in the North Yorkshire Moors.
The Manor, a beautiful Grade II listed building that was built in 1869 by our family descendants, lies at the heart of the 6,000 acre Egton Estate.
As the owners of the estate, we extend the warmest of welcomes to all our guests – be you a couple seeking a very special and magical space to host your wedding, or an organisation looking for a private and secluded retreat to host a workshop or commercial event. We believe Egton was built for gatherings of all kinds and are truly delighted to be able to open up our home to enable them.
We encourage all those visiting Egton to embrace and enjoy the beautiful surrounding natural landscape and all it has to offer. You can get a real feel for the year-round, majestic beauty of the moors through this wonderful BBC documentary, A Wild Year.
Whilst at Egton, you can enjoy activities such as salmon fishing, clay pigeon shooting, wine tasting, wildlife watching (particularly otters and birds of prey), walking or simply relaxing within the gardens or by one of the many open fires.
We so look forward to inviting you into our home and our beautiful countryside world,
Love Olly, Laura and our sons Kit, Sonny and Ned
